Absolutely not. Most of my clients are beginners or people returning to fitness after a long break. We start exactly where you are today and build your strength and confidence at a pace that feels sustainable for you.

I’ve tried other programs and failed

Most programs fail because they are too restrictive or don't account for real life. My coaching focuses on lifestyle integration—fitting fitness into your schedule, not the other way around. We focus on habits, not just "willpower."

What if I travel frequently for business?

Travel challenges are addressed during our weekly strategy calls and consultations. I'll provide you with support on how to navigate these challenges. Your program is flexible enough to maintain progress regardless of your travel schedule.

Do I need to follow a restrictive diet?
